Couples Counseling

Online or in-person, this is a useful intervention for concerns related to, but not limited to: sexual difficulties, jealousy, premarital counseling, chronic health issues, death/loss, infertility, finances, loneliness, substance use, or frequent conflict.

Yes, we offer online counseling and teletherapy services for clients who prefer to meet with their counselor remotely. Our online counseling platform is secure and easy to use, and we can provide technical support if needed.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If not we will charge a cancellation fee.

How much does counseling cost, and do you accept insurance?

The cost of counseling varies depending on the length of your session and the type of counseling you receive. We do accept most insurance plans, and our team can work with you to determine your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs.

How often will I need to attend counseling sessions?

The frequency of your counseling sessions will depend on your needs and goals. Initially, you may meet with your counselor weekly or bi-weekly, but as you make progress, the frequency of your sessions may decrease.
